Mission Statement
The U.S. – Japan Healthcare Connection strengthens the Silicon Valley/San Francisco Bay Area’s link with Japan through identifying and presenting the latest medical technology innovations and anticipated developments.
The U.S. – Japan Healthcare Connection is a collaboration between the Japan Society of Northern California (JSNC) and US-Japan Medtech Frontiers (USJMF), two leading Silicon Valley/San Francisco Bay Area organizations with deep and unique links to Japan. It is governed by the U.S. – Japan Healthcare Council.

The Future of AI and Robotics in Healthcare – Japan Week 2023 Events
The healthcare field is making great strides as a dynamic industry, with the development of new products and services incorporating technological innovations such as AI, IoT, and robotics progressing globally, especially in the United States.
In the Chubu region, which is in the midst of taking on the challenge of entering new fields, companies with advanced technological capabilities and start-ups with core technologies based on seeds originally developed in academia are rapidly entering the growing healthcare field and aiming to launch new businesses.
This event is an excellent opportunity not only to learn about the latest trends in innovation in this area, but also to network and make connections with participants from the U.S., who have formed an advanced ecosystem and are creating numerous innovations in the revolutionary changes in the healthcare field.
